The inner ear contains the organs of hearing and balance.
The hearing organ is known as the cochlea. When sound passes through the middle ear, the fluids of the inner ear vibrate and trigger the little hair cells within the cochlea. The hair cells fire off electrical pulses. These pulses go down the nerve and are processed by the brain which is what we perceive as hearing.
The balance organ is known as the labyrinth and is made up of three fluid-filled chambers, known as the semicircular canals which send information on balance and head position to the brain, and two otolith organs, the saccule and utricle, which are responsible for sensing gravity and movement. THIS SHOW THAT OUR EARS HAVE A SENSIVITY>>
Sacrifice for His deen (Islam) not by hitting yourself like syiah. In my case hitting my ears after been disturbing by the creatures (unseen). Sacrifices like the Companions of Rasulullah SAW who blessed by Allah SWT, self, time and treasure to Allah SWT by glorifying Him All Alone. Come be a witness in life here after..whom may did this until I have to hit myself to stop the disturbing to my ears.. As ALLAH promised too..

Allah SWT who heals all our diseases until that the patient was not aware that he had been cured like prophet Abraham which a piece of his hair was not burned when fire by Nimrod laknatullah
As stated in the Al Quran, the animal has no power to manage their livelihood, sustenance manage fixed by Allah SWT. Here will we as a human being who believe in Allah SWT, the All Most Manage and All Most Wise. Let's look at whoever is whispering (angels, spirits, demons or spirits). What more does it tell us hit harder to our own ear after being attack by unknown creatures. In fact "he" knows what or what happened at our ears. Thanks be to Allah, what kind of creatures you have created that instructed us to hit harder which he know. Just like we see a baby that about to fall, instead of we help the baby from falling BUT in this scenario, he push the baby down.WHAT SORT of help is THAT? Most noble animal that Allah are fed as it is enshrined in the AlQuran than that the person (should address him as a person?). ALLAH SWT that we are counted in this scenario by turn back to the original creation as Allah SWT created. ONLY ALLAH THE ALL CREATOR.
